Vitamin B-12 Self-Injection Tips and Video Review

I have been promising many of you that I would post some of the videos that I had found on YouTube for a review on giving yourself the Vitamin B-12 injections. These videos also address how to draw up the solution out of the glass vial and giving the injections to another person (for those of you lucky enough to have someone else willing to give you your shots.) :o)
