Vitamin B-12 Self-Injection Tips and Video Review

Ok, it's finally been posted.  I have been promising many of you that I would post some of the videos that I had found on YouTube for a review on giving yourself the Vitamin B-12 injections.  These videos also address how to draw up the solution out of the glass vial and giving the injections to another person (for those of you lucky enough to have someone else willing to give you your shots.) :o)

The videos are posted under the links to the informational websites about Vitamin B-12.  Go to the left side of the main page -> Educational Material -> Informational Links -> General Health.  Then look for the title of Vitamin B-12.

I hope that this information is a good review.  Let me know if you find a video on YouTube that you like better for giving injections.

30 Things to Start Doing for Yourself

Here it is, a positive ‘to-do’ list for the upcoming year – 30 things to start doing for yourself:

  1. Start spending time with the right people. – These are the people you enjoy, who love and appreciate you, and who encourage you to improve in healthy and exciting ways.  They are the ones who make you feel more alive, and not only embrace who you are now, but also embrace and embody who you want to be, unconditionally.
  2. Start facing your problems head on. – It isn’t your problems that define you, but how you react to them and recover from them.  Problems will not disappear unless you take action.  Do what you can, when you can, and acknowledge what you’ve done.  It’s all about taking baby steps in the right direction, inch by inch.  These inches count, they add up to yards and miles in the long run.
